Credentials and Education
I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Washington (LH 60783006). I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia College, and my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.
Theory and Approach
I am a psychodynamic therapist, which means I pull from several theories to inform my work. Some theories I have studied and utilize are: British Object Relations, Humanistic Psychology, and Somatic Psychotherapy. I take a personalized approach to each client, working with them to find what might be most beneficial.
About Me
I am a deeply curious person who is committed to life-long learning. I am a big believer in human sized living. I love calling the Pacific Northwest home and can usually be found walking through the trees, having deep life conversations with my dogs, or cooking and eating with friends and family.
